I started using it in high school because it pissed off my mom. My best friend and I made variations, one of which I still use on occassion just for giggles - "Makes me even pisseder!" I try to refrain from using it now, because it's not so cute or funny coming out of my kids' mouths. I can tell you nothing about double spa appointments, but if you are looking for commentary on slang terminology, I'm your girl! “Pissed” is very common in my neck of the woods.
