This is my quote and I own it. I have no idea what it means but I just came in from a run (perhaps you felt the Earth shaking?) and it has been stuck in my head the whole time.

    i am so out of touch ,, i know “raising the bar” is a modern catch phrase… for what i dont know…

    but your quote “raising the bar can only help when doing the limbo”…” sounds to me like everyone is chasing something that is unattainable….

    kind of makes me glad i am not in the know about those kind of things…..
